Shipping Policy
We work diligently to prepare and ship your handcrafted Tahar Essence products with care and excellence. Each order is thoughtfully packaged to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: During product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended due to higher order volume.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage through Pirate Ship.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Flat-Rate Shipping (U.S. Orders)
To keep shipping simple and affordable, Tahar Essence offers tiered flat-rate shipping:

Shipping rates are based on your order total after any discounts are applied.
Free Shipping
All U.S. orders of $50 or more automatically qualify for free shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Tahar Essence is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped and tracking information is provided, Tahar Essence is not responsible for carrier delays.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first. You may also reach out to us for assistance at Taharessencellc@gmail.com.
